RGM Loyalty Frequently Asked Questions

How Can I Sign Up for RGM Loyalty?
The RGM Loyalty App is available in the Apple App Store and Android App Store. Once the App is downloaded you will need to sign up for a FREE account. Once your account is created you will be able to start earning rewards. You may also sign up online by clicking the “LOYALTY” tab in the menu bar.

How Can I Check My Current Rewards?
You can check your visit status on the app by clicking MY ACCOUNT or viewing on our website by clicking the “LOYALTY” tab in the menu bar.

What RGM Locations Can I Visit?

Guests can visit Redsauce, Glenview Country Club & Mallory Hill Country Club to register visits or redeem rewards!

How Do I Earn a Visit?

Every time you visit one of our locations you can give your phone number to your server who will register your visit and you will start receiving points. Your visit and points will show up after your check out and will be found under “ACCOUNT” on your loyalty app.

I Forgot to Leave my Number, What do I do?

If you forgot to register your points while dining with us, you will need to have the receipt to register your points through our loyalty app. Unfortunately if you do not have the receipt we are unable to register your visit. Please remember to give your server your phone number and name when dining with us to receive points.

Will You Send Out Emails?

Yes, We will send out emails with special rewards, deals, coupons, events and more. In order to receive emails you will have to register your email address when signing up for the RGM Loyalty.

How Do I Delete my RGM Loyalty Account?

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You on your RGM Loyalty Account.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section that allows you to manage Your personal information. You may also contact Us to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us. Please send us the contact form or email us at RGM.Loyalty@gmail.com

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
